The narrow aisle pallet racking system can be used in new generation warehouses with a height of 15m. The aisle is just wider than the cargo container, and the width is generally about 1600 to 2000mm, which is sufficient. Such racking must be rigorously designed and manufactured and installed to very precise tolerances. It is similar to its conventional pallet rack structure, but the difference is that ground guide rails must be installed on both sides of the channel to guide forklifts in narrow lanes. Narrow aisle racks inherit the characteristics of selective racks that do not have strict requirements for pallet storage layout. They can make full use of the warehouse area and height and greatly improve storage efficiency.
