1.Ability to operate office software
. Proficient in using Office suites, especially Excel (pivot tables, functional operations, report production), Word (contract, quotation writing), PPT (simple plan production);
Candidates who can use ERP system and CRM customer management system will be given priority, and can efficiently enter customer information and follow up on order status.
2. Business processing capabilities
Able to assist sales managers in making quotations and contracts, and checking order parameters (number of shelves, size, material, load-bearing, etc.) to ensure consistency with customer needs;
Responsible for order follow-up: tracking the entire process from order placement, production scheduling, logistics and delivery to acceptance and payment, and providing timely feedback on progress to customers and sales;
Compile sales data: count sales volume, receivables, and customer accounts, produce daily/weekly/monthly sales reports, and assist in sales analysis.
3. Communication and coordination skills
